@tripu I can't point to an individual flight I didn't take to reduce my impact on climate change.But, I can point to a total lifestyle change where rather than flying 100+ times a year, I fly maybe a handful of times in a year....

@protecttruth I'd love to see a plausible story, but I haven't yet.Impeachment runs thru the House and then 2/3 of the Senate. So, that's not gonna happen.Creating a code of ethics in the Senate and imposing on justices in place seems really tough, esp'ly with Manchin and Sinema ready to side with Rs and Feinstein MIA. And even if something got thru, I'd expect SCOTUS to decide it's unconstitutional or doesn't apply or applies only to future nominees from a dem pres or something.Senate could have hearings and embarrass the "justices". Which would make Thomas feel real bad while he accepts the latest round of gifts. And we could get a few more self righteous op-eds from Alito.It's not just a matter of the Senate "not acting" and if only they pulled their bigkid pants up, we'd get Thomas out. That's a resist-porn fantasy.Or at least that's how it looks to me. Let's see those simple details for removing him.
