@rolle I hold the door open for *anyone* not to be 'a nice gentleman', but to show basic respect for another living being. I don't want to let the door slam in their face; that's offensive, harmful and easily avoided with the most trivial act of common courtesy.Yet, I've been shouted at by a woman who chastised me for implying that she was not capable of opening the door for herself.Alt. text is another common courtesy; that's all.Sad as it is, some people just need to be ignored 😳

@khoji Huh, I'm having a moment here.I use words, abstract ideas and images, colours, sounds and impossible spaces.e.g. It took practice, lots of it, but I can visualise a complex 3D object and rotate it 360° on all planes perfectly clearly in my mind.e.g. I can group a lot of related ideas into one 'colour space' and leave that as a blurry entity to one side while I contemplate other semi-related things....and you're telling me this is not normal? 😳

@rolle The truth is, some people will love your music, some people won't.It doesn't matter.Would you really want to live in a world where everyone liked the same thing? I guess not 😀 My suggestion is to release your music!Let people decide what they will, you can't control them.Appreciate those who say they enjoy it.Ignore anyone who feels a valid use of their time and energy is being negative about someone else, they're not worth your time and energy.QED.FWIW, I enjoyed it 😊

@EU_Commission Please do not normalise the use of drones. While they have legitimate use cases, they are anti-social, anti-privacy, invasive, anxiety inducing, are not without consequence to the environment and easily weaponised!I would much rather see legislation banning their public use altogether. 50% of my walks to maintain my mental health last year were disrupted by loud monotonous whining, all sense of peace, tranquility ruined and all birdsong obliterated.They are not good 🙄

Just heard ROLAND are no longer making musical instruments 🙄 They have chosen to make DISPOSABLE JUNK instead.They are abandoning firmware updates for stuff that is just a couple of years out of production and they really don't care about all the landfill they are creating - avoid - there are far better options!

I am giving up being a 'musician'.I can earn more in a single day doing web stuff than I can from years of hard graft with the music- it's utterly pointless and soul destroying to work so hard for so little reward, devastating*.Literally zero sales after the first couple of days of launching my second LP.Literally nothing... 🤷 It's okay, I am amazed anyone bought it at all and absolutely no disrespect intended to those who have supported meThank you 🥰 #bandcamp
