       @kel I find the old number based ones OK as long as one can enter the number early.But now they do AI based ones where you just speak, cannot press numbers, and it never understands what you are saying. So much worse...

       @divVerent I am going to start sending them letters, had enough of all this garbage! They say it's to improve our experience, lol, nope! It's so they can fire the reeptionists and save the wages!Physical letters can't be opened by AI!
