@fitheach I don’t think so. The photographer had an objective. If my emotion matches his objective then he’s done a good job.Obviously I take issue with photographs that are altered to manipulate facts, but otherwise it’s a shrug from me.

@kev I don’t think you are the product in this case. You’re just putting yourself at risk of disappointment later when they realise they can’t afford to subsidise the free users - and I’m not sure that even matters much with a static site. Easy enough to plonk it somewhere else.

@kev @damko The Triumph engines sound lovely. I used to ride with a guy that had a Speed Triple. It sounded so smooth - almost like a sewing machine when idling. I, on the other hand, was riding a twin that sounded like a bag of spanners in a washing machine.

@fitheach I was once driving the kids to school and could hear an awful noise every time I turned a corner. Turned out I’d left my house keys on the roof. Good job it was a short, slow drive.

@fitheach It was my first car, a Nissan Micra, and ancient when I got it. I didn’t even think to check.The bodywork was so bad that when I got a flat tire and tried to jack it up, the jack punched holes through the body instead of lifting the car.

@bhart @celia Ghost (at least the last time that I used it) can parse markdown text, but not read directly from Markdown files. Same with WordPress.I’m not sure there is anything that does. Most of the traditional ones have a database backend.
