@Codeawayhaley dev bros make the same “not real programming” arguments about declarative languages too because apparently typing what you want in a text editor and letting an optimization engine translate it to lower level instructions isn’t real programming, but typing what you want in a text editor and then letting the compiler translate it to lower level instructions is. 🤷🏻♀️

@feld @magicalmilly everyone who benefits has a responsibility to try to make it right. I can think of quite a few people in North America who don’t benefit from it too. Maybe you should listen to them rather than make asinine excuses for why you don’t share any responsibility for the ongoing harm that you’re benefiting from.
