       SUBJECT: Gopher cgi-bin folder setup

       Hello.  I managed to setup my gopher hole using mkgopher and it appears to 
       be visible.  The one think i'm having trouble with is determining where the 
       cgi-bin folder should go and any setup that is required. any help would be 
       appreciated. i am currently not an arpa member.
