@azonenberg @petrillic I drift towards Metcal or Pace because it's easier to get parts, but the point stands. I'd still consider JBC or Hakko "really good".

@ariadne Sadly ESPHome are doing the same. Meanwhile my nicely cleaned up human-made bugfix and feature were completely ignored.At this point I'm fairly sure they're high on their own supply.

In which case, maybe someone was an Easyjet fan (someone has to be!)Come to think of it, it does look A LOT like Luton's control tower.The second one looks like a bear paw. Closet furry or bear on the design team? Or just a fan of bears. Maybe a sports team near the office or HQ or the lead designer's signature?

Had my website taken down by a bunch of asshole AI bots sitting behind Alibaba Cloud and running what was effectively a DDoS. I've blocked both their ASNs as a result.If you were doing something legitimate with my content, please get in touch and I'll add an exception rule.

EMF says everyone should feel comfortable attending. I’ve also learned that someone who abused me - and has been accused of rape - is now helping organise EMF.I reported this to #emfcamp Conduct and offered evidence. Their response: “your experience with your ex is not relevant.”With a village organiser also stepping down amid allegations of abuse and harassment, something feels deeply wrong.
