       @jpm @philpem This particular call is us west coast and multiple European countries, but I have had similar problems where people who needed to be on the call were scattered between Seattle, Madrid, somewhere in Virginia, South Korea, and various Scandinavian countries (not all at once, but enough together to be a royal pain)

       @AMS i honestly prefer the asian customers, I'd much rather take a call at 2330 local time (when I'm probably gonna be awake doing my stuff anyway) than have to get up early enough that i can be alive, awake, alert, enthusiastic by 0530
