       This Bärlauch kimchi turned out to be really good, I wish we knew this a few years ago, instead of just before foraging our last Bärlauch ever.Let's hope there will be some nice foraging options close to our next home as well... (don't think we'll be going to the greener parts of the country very often, even when/if they finish building the Euskal Y, and definitely not for frivolities like Bärlauch)
