       There are exceptions to every rule, of course. It may not apply to you if the women you work with have fake jobs (receptionist, project manager, etc) and exist primarily to fend off discrimination lawsuits.

       @eriner Women are focused on the process, men are focused on the results.My experience is that women like to have a lot of meetings and talk about how hard they are working.  Men like to accomplish things.There are of course, high-t women who do things and low-t men who don't.Women also clutter up work chat with Monday and Friday pictures and other Facebook nonsense, instead of real conversation.
