       we advise engineers on how to build prototypes to avoid the “take this prototype to production” trap.in my experience, often, llms lead to a constant barrage of this type of mentality / trap.maturity is often not about “what should we build”, but “what shouldn’t we build”The second question is endangered because some people think it was raised due to lack of time, capacity or skill when often it’s a matter of focus, strategy and intention
