       @eff Section 230 enabling super-rapid dismissal freezes us out of the ability to move the legal structure forward in a way that enables us to tackle how online tech has developed over the last 30 years.  Section 230 has been a part of leading us to this point in time of encrappification, bad actors getting away with hurting people, and more.  We also need to stop treating a world without a Section 230 stonewall like it’s going to be a world that’s full of lawsuit-happy maniacs that will sue any website for any reason.  It’s insulting to victims who actually have been harmed but can’t do anything because of the 230 stonewall, and it’s insulting to people’s intelligence in general.https://bsky.app/profile/questauthority.bsky.social/post/3mfl7z7age42r
