       @libreoffice to be fair, a lot of potential users wouldn't know what CPU architecture runs their computer and whether it's 32 bit or 64 bit. They might know Windows, Mac or Linux etc.

       @mortal_engine We have mailing lists, IRC, Matrix, Telegram groups and more. We are on Mastodon, Bluesky, X (not really so active there), Reddit and more. We could also add Signal, but what would make that a "proper community" compared to the existing community channels we have? 😊

       @leogrun No. The vast, vast majority (over 99% of people) download LibreOffice without any problems. Unfortunately, some web browsers don't even show that they're downloading something, which causes users of those browsers to contact us, hence why we made the video. Nothing wrong with helping that tiny fraction of users, is there? 😉
