       I've seen some people claim that AI has been used for coding for 10 years or more.GitHub Copilot came out 5 years ago. Before that, there was nothing significant or widespread.We can all have our opinions on LLMs, but let's not forget this is all VERY recent!

       Be honest: as an end user, has the software world gotten significantly better over the past 5 years, faster than before?I don't think it has.AI may be good or bad, but that alone should be enough proof that it's not some kind of miracle breakthrough for the world.
