       @Karhutar @Tendar I'm guessing that machinegun has an asymmetric recoil for some reason, and the gunner either wasn't prepared for it, or was otherwise unable to hold it still.

       @wyatt_h_knott @Karhutar @Tendar if you look at the last rotation - from 0:11 to 0:12 - it looks like it has four barrels.If you look at https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/List_of_multiple-barrel_firearms#Machine_gunsthere's at least one soviet 4-barelled rotary system: GShG-7.62I'll look through the remaining soviet ones, ignoring the 30mm and above.
