       Has anyone already successfully hacked the remote control for the we-vibe moxie+ (or any other we-vibe toy)?As there's also a (proprietary, closed-source) app, that appears to have the same problems with losing its connection... I assume the remote control also uses bluetooth. I don't know more about it (yet?).

       I would like the remote toa) not lose the connection so often, and/or reconnect automaticallyb) have a bit more reach (might need a hardware hack like adding a better antenna?)c) and most importantly: give feedback to the user to indicate - if the connection is still active at all (might not be needed if point a is done well)- for each command sent by the remote, if it has actually been received and processed- what the current setting of the toy is

       point c probably needs completely custom hardware... but if that's needed anyway, then I'd also like it to show the toy's battery status. And the remote would need an on/off switch of course, to not drain the battery by constantly checking the status and battery levels of the toy when it's not in use.

       @der_schrank@buttplugio I tried to look it up now.https://buttplug.io/stpihkal/protocols/we-vibe/There's documentation of the protocol for most we-vibe toys, with a note saying that the Moxie uses a different protocol... that links to something I'll need more time to understand. Also, I don't know if the Moxie+ even uses the same protocol as the Moxie, I think it's a newer generation? But if I actually find the time (not now -.-), I might look into that more closely.
