       Coming up in #LibreOffice 26.8, our next major release (in August): Draft writing mode in Writer. This removes all other elements, letting you concentrate entirely on the text.        @libreoffice Hmm, I've been using a tool that does that already, it's called "emacs".(Update: I do think that a "let me just write!" mode is a good thing.  But over the decades I've gotten tired learning YAWOET - Yet Another Way Of Editing Text.)

       @libreoffice the idea is good, but that looks terrible. Normal view is less cluttered and with more white space, the opposite of what it should be.
