       @gardiner_bryant I love the idea of it. However, the heavy use of AI in the imagery and video concerns me. I am also concerned about the potential for proprietary code, including the Comodore app store.

       @gardiner_bryant I don't understand the appeal. I mean, if I want a high friction flip phone, why pay such a huge price for a lot of hardware that kinda runs counter to this? I won't need 4gb of ram to not be able to launch a browser. I won't need Android apps. I'll have SMS and calls, for less than 100$.

       @gardiner_bryant Thanks it is good to see your perspective on this. Unfortunately a few paragraphs in the article appear to be missing chunks of text as they just cut off abruptly but guessing those parts can be restored from original drafts.It would be too pricey for me but I can understand C don't have the same economies of scale to work with if they don't know how many they can sell in the first batch.But I still appreciate the choices made and the intent shown.

       @gardiner_bryant It's more like a ripoff, shit T9 keyboard on a dumbphone on a prorietary OS than can't even use  browser and pushes its own "app", claiming to "protect your privacy" sold for 500 bucks have nothing to do with brain rot and has everything to do with (late stage) capitalism…Mobile (proprietary) are far more problematic in terms of brain rot and privacy than a decent browser with uBlock Origin…
