       holy arse this all just gets better. i've had a couple of etsy sales to the UK in the past few days. i thought i could accept them up till the cut-off date. but apparently, etsy won't give me *any* money until i send them all my ID stuff.someone warned me about this, but i thought it was for once we reached the date, not now. what it would actually appear to mean is that i have to shut my etsy shop NOW, cancel the one outstanding order, and take a loss on the one that's already en route to its destination. i've theoretically requested a payment for tomorrow as it's all the system lets me do; it won't let me actually edit my payment schedule. we shall see what happens. but i won't be accepting any more etsy sales as of now: i'll take my shop down after tomorrow when i know if i've been paid or not.awesome. truly awesome.
