       kitten is feeling ok atm which is a HUGE good thing and for which i am extraordinarily grateful.but i was crying while working today from the pain in my hands, and at one point shouted so loud when a pain thing happened that husband came to see if i was ok.not sure for how much longer i can keep doing this really.

       after kitten has been in the tray in a serious capacity, he runs out at top speed and straight (+ round a corner) into the shower. we have no idea why. (he certainly doesn&#39;t like being washed!)

       husband has just seen this through the window in the lower room. the eyes are the magnets i have permanently stuck there so i can attach my diffuser fabric for taking sculpture photos. or, the eyes are the cloud friend&#39;s eyes, obviously.

       mutual aid request please 🌱   (i’m sorry to have to ask but) i’m a disabled, chronically ill and autistic nonbinary sculptor living with my husband and our two cats, one of whom also has chronic illness. my business has been decimated since the introduction of the tariffs last autumn, and the recent global economic situation has only made everything worse. i’ve had one sale so far this month.  worse is that i’m realistically too ill to work now. i’m finishing things off this week, but i’ll have to have a … pause? slow down? after, for how long i don’t know. husband has been telling me for a while that i need to stop, given the state of me / my hands every night, but we have so many bills and he can’t work enough for us both and. i don’t know what to do. and i have zero medical care: we live in a “medical desert” in france where literally no drs are taking patients. i keep trying as i desperately need help, but so far, silence.   so if anyone is able please to help us out with some basic expenses like food, rent, cat food and meds, the supplements, etc., i use to try to keep myself afloat, that would be beyond amazing. going forward, i’m hoping i can get disability benefit (and treatment!), but until i get a GP, there’s no way.  thank you for reading, and i wish you comfort and a lovely day.  take care of you :Blobhaj_Heart_Rainbow: https://ko-fi.com/moon_bun#MutualAid

       🔥 psa for anyone taking quercetin on a regular basis 🔥this may be common knowledge and just previously unknown to me, but i&#39;ve just today discovered that quercetin chelates iron/blocks iron absorption and can lead to anaemia and/or low ferritin levels. so if you&#39;re taking it regularly, please have things checked! (and if ferritin is low enough, just stopping quercetin won&#39;t be enough to bring it up and possibly neither will otc iron supplements, so please do get some numbers / help if necessary)i&#39;ve just been in tears from finding this out as quercetin is one of the few things that helps me at all, and given i have no medical care, one of the few things i can access. i&#39;ve been taking a decent dose daily for the past ... 13 years? but my ferritin was on the floor at my last blood test a year ago (ofc i couldn&#39;t find anyone to do anything about that). and i can&#39;t even take oral iron, not that it would help if i could, given my levels, but. yes. yay :blobsweatsweary: take care people and good luck :Blobhaj_Heart_Rainbow: #MCAS #POTS #hEDS #LongCovid #allergies

(j&#39;ai essayé des cabinets jusqu&#39;à 1h de route)j&#39;ai écrit a notre organisation territoriale, mais l&#39;agent là m&#39;a dit que j&#39;ai besoin de contacter notre cabinet local. le cabinet que j&#39;ai contacté au premier. le cabinet que n&#39;accepte pas les nouveaux parce que le médecin est bientôt parti en retrait. le cabinet que l&#39;org territoriale sait que j&#39;ai déjà essayé.donc je suis bloquée.nous ne pouvons pas voyager trop loin, mais au même temps, nous sommes désespérés.merci beaucoup, et je souhaite une belle journée à vous tous :BlobCat_Flower: (SVP boostez si c&#39;est ok pour vous, merci !)

       holy arse this all just gets better. i&#39;ve had a couple of etsy sales to the UK in the past few days. i thought i could accept them up till the cut-off date. but apparently, etsy won&#39;t give me *any* money until i send them all my ID stuff.someone warned me about this, but i thought it was for once we reached the date, not now. what it would actually appear to mean is that i have to shut my etsy shop NOW, cancel the one outstanding order, and take a loss on the one that&#39;s already en route to its destination. i&#39;ve theoretically requested a payment for tomorrow as it&#39;s all the system lets me do; it won&#39;t let me actually edit my payment schedule. we shall see what happens. but i won&#39;t be accepting any more etsy sales as of now: i&#39;ll take my shop down after tomorrow when i know if i&#39;ve been paid or not.awesome. truly awesome.

       does anyone have any ideas please on how i can ...demedicalise ... a standard black wrist/thumb brace? medical chic is really not my aesthetic and black is really not my colour. i want to make it look like an archery bracer or ... idk. if i had money, i&#39;d ask someone to make me one out of linen and embroider green vines along the sides, but as it is, i&#39;m in black fuzzy foam and velcro land. bah. has anyone made theirs more betterer?
