I'm really trying my best to ignore/dismiss the "I'm worthless/unskilled/unwanted/unworthy" thoughts that keep creeping up, and it's *very very* hard, bweh,I really need to get a therapist, or psychiatrist, or both, I honestly don't know....

Like, in response to my previous post about applying for a thing, a bunch of people effectively said I *was* in fact qualified for it, but I dunno, I just don't feel that way?I constantly feel like for some reason everyone always vastly overestimates my competence/skill/abilities and it just leads to cruising pressure and guilt that i'll not do anything but disappoint them. Brains are stupid and mean, I don't like it.

@lethalbit as a dropout I’m never really “qualified”. my situation and feelings are different, but I had some struggles too. wish you best of luck - caring counts!

@Paradox The thing is i'm not "up against" any random person, but people with specific technical abilities which narrows that number down by many orders of magnitude.
