       is it normal for a lease to say that you will be evicted if you are ever convicted of a crime ??also to entirely prohibit having musical instruments on the property?????

       @b@mrrp.place depends, do you live in america or a real country? eg in australlia there are standard leases for residential tenancies, owners cannot add extra conditions (at least in the 2 biggest states, nsw or vic, idk about other states).

       @brettm unfortunately i live in america :(in portland, OR to be specific , which i think has pretty good tenant's rights laws ? at least for the US
