       ever since Scotland’s only Denny’s closed down, my craving for mediocre Hershey’s® chocolate milkshakes has been unmet… woe is me(this is sarcasm. I don’t actually miss it but I still find it funny that they misjudged the target market so badly. they weren’t even open at night!)

       @demize great question!I continue to maintain that if they’d opened it in the city centre and sold food at night, they’d have made a fortuneopening a random outlet just off the motorway might work in the US, but Denny’s does not have the brand recognition to do that in the UK. you need to meet people where they are.
