       I picked up this old Eagle metal gas can earlier. A lady my mom knows likes to junk and scrap for extra money, and she sets aside good forging metal to sell me. I was over there picking up some bar stock and she didn't know what it was. Some farmer cleaned out a barn and got rid of it as scrap. The inside looked pristine so I offered her $20, which I thought was very fair.

       @Deadlift @meowski restoring the can to its original appearance would be nice if I had more time on my hands, but as long as it doesn't leak it'll go into service as is.Last year I got another Eagle can when a friend's grandma died and he didn't want anything out of the garage. Someone had painted it black. It's a little fancier than the one I just got.
