       Many if not most of you have already heard about this travesty, but score another for the ACAB trope:"WATCH: One-Handed Florida Woman Accused of Holding Cellphone While Driving"Officer said she had a cellphone in her right hand.  She showed him she literally had no right hand.  He didn't like that, and "gave her a citation for allegedly violating the state’s wireless communications while driving law, but the citation was later dismissed, according to CBS 12."I can imagine how unamused the prosecutor or judge was (elected positions).
