Analog die from Qualcomm MSM7500 multi-chip module. Not sure what this is, but it's mostly analog with just a little bit of digital control logic. Looks to be four metal layers and O(250 nm) tech. Most of the analog blocks are duplicated twice so I'm wondering if this might be clock/frequency synthesis for TX and RX CDMA carrier frequencies?Somewhat unusually, all of the IOs are along the south and east corners. This die was clearly purpose-built for the stacked die layout it was used in, and not intended to ever be packaged separately.https://siliconprawn.org/map/qualcomm/msm7500-analogdie/azonenberg_mz_mit20x/

@azonenberg Any idea what the big square structure at -400nm/-400nm is? It's all made of smaller squares with a contact? in the middle of each smaller square all connected to their neighbours.

@penguin42 The scale bar is way messed up I have no idea how to fix it.But if you're talking the big array along the whole west side just inside the power ring I'm guessing it's capacitors of some sort but no idea
