       Heron's Head Park, yesterday, 3:41 p.m.So here's a new twist on a bridge I've photographed many times before. This time out, I used a tripod and a variable 10-stop ND filter mounted to a sharp, smooth turning 24-105mm lens. With the ND filter set to maximum darkness and the camera at ISO 100 and f/22, I was able to take a long, 10-second exposure in bright daylight.For the first 5 seconds of the exposure, the lens remained at 24mm to establish a solid image of the bridge. During the last 5 seconds of the exposure, I zoomed the lens out to the max to create the light streaks. Et voilà. That's French for oh cool.#photography #LongExposure
