       where is the display server that solves issues with higher DPI monitors, multiple displays; and/or low-latency access that isn't trying to turn my computer into an iphone?where is the packaging format that solves the dynamic linking issues that isn't trying to turn my computer into an iphone?where is the "modern linux"  that isn't just permissions spam everything ever sandboxed and a central repository that is a cop about what apps you can publish?... ...sometimes i like the ideas or concepts behind certain security features, but then i realize that the ones implementing them act like cops, and hate autonomy so .. y'know;
