       Still in a big chronic illness downturn. Not sure what’s happened, just coping with it. It helps the system a lot to just hermit away, so I’m doing that a great deal. Still working on things to get better. Will report if anything jumps out as super effective. Fist bump to everyone! With each bump there will be some transfer of paint or ink from my fist to yours.
