       Hold on, doing a private reply to a post and excluding the account you're replying to doesn't actually remove them from receiving the message?Someone replied privately to one of my posts cc'ing someone and not mentioning me, but I can still see and interact with the post? "Everyone mentioned in the post" my ass.(anyway sorry to the girl whose horny DM I just third-wheeled into)

       @embers@chaos.social it's implementation-defined because technically replying implies the replied-to post being a hidden mention. Not everyone does it though.This is yet another case of ActivityPub having no useful spec for this sort of stuff, so everyone is just kinda making it up as they go lol
