       move pkgconf to codeberg?the main issue is CI runners.  but i can probably solve this with kubevirt

       @ariadne Codeberg's cool. I spent a few weeks moving all my stuff from GitHub to Codeberg... though I'm currently moving it all again to self-hosted Forgejo, because Reasons (keep going "I really need to write a blog post"). But I still support what Codeberg's doing.I've migrated everything from GHA to Woodpecker. But yeah, you'll essentially need to handle your own CI runners whether Woodpecker or Forgejo Actions, and if Woodpecker, you may as well run your own coordinator.

       @ariadne codeberg good, but yeah you'll want your own ci/cd solution. i too hate woodpecker/drone/crow but have been eyeing concourse and tekton
