       Okay. I realized if I'm going to do the #bsd challenge, do it properly. Not with ghostbsd but with #freebsd directly.  I downloaded the handbook on my #kobo and going to build my system brick by brick. Just like when I installed #arch #linux Let's goooo

       @codemonkeymike I ran FreeBSD on my Thinkpad for a couple of month aswell, I used a script that I found on a random git many month ago (original git is now gone)https://git.vbytes.se/jonathan/freebsd-desktop-script/src/branch/main/freebsd-desktop.shLuckily, I saved it here

       @selea @codemonkeymike there is a port that is very helpful. It will ask you questions about what you want and install the right packages, enable the right services, set a couple sysctlshttps://www.freshports.org/sysutils/desktop-installer/

       @selea @feld ahh yup.. that's helpful.. I really am trying for the arch, "build it yourself" experience.. I find these tools useful once you already know the stuff but don't wanna fuss with it.WHo knows.. lets see how far I get haha
