       I was exposed to an Android 15 phone, and it was the most "damn, you live like this" experience I've ever had since the time I had to use Windows 10 after more than 15 years of desktop Linux.I had to look "how to turn off the phone" in the help, because long press on the power button now brings up the chatbot assistant, and there's no affordance in the UI that lets me know I have two swipe the screen twice to access the quick settings.

       My last Android phone was Android 2 or 3 on a Samsung device, so it's been over 15 years. With iOS going to liquid ass, and Android being this opaque, I am wondering what options are left…
