       I'm replaying one of my favourite games, FEZ — still amazing — with my partner because they'd never seen it properly, and seeing Phil Fish and Renaud Bédard's thank you credits is like a monument to the entire indie game scene of the late 2010s being the same seven hipsters from the Tigsource forumsnot even relevant to the point: Zoe Quinn and Bennett Foddy are both in the Q/A credits, that's how many ludicrously influential people were in each other's orbits at this timealso Aliceffekt — @neauoire — because I had totally forgotten Bédard is a Merveillian!turns out everyone who has ever inspired my creative development is just the same seven people who all know each other!ridiculous

       @lichendust we all lived close to each other, it was kind of wild, there was chiptune events that drew indies from new york up to montreal and made the monthy game dev meetups super busy and fun. The world felt very small at the time ^^
