       Okay, that went well. And I culled the trillium shots from 13 to just 3. Now's the hard part — WHICH ONE OF THE THREE! Interesting angle vs. classic face-on shot, vs. the one highlighted by the sun. What do you think?

       I mentioned a few times that I hate shooting flowers. They're beautiful by default, don't require much skill and don't tell any story. So why am I posting this one?See, I spotted it on a recent hike, and it's the first time I've seen a purple one, not the regular white. I didn't have a camera with me at that time, and had decided to let it go. But then I felt I really wanted to shoot that particular flower.(cont…)#darktable #photography #flowers

       (cont…)  So today I woke up early, made a trip back to that trail, found the flower and… realized I was almost late, as it is now a much deeper purple color! It was a very light lavender just two days ago. I'm guessing it's going to die pretty soon.So I'm extra happy now that I was able to catch it :-)
