       @sun @Paul_Taylor a very fucked up thing is my union's newsletter emails ALWAYS land in spam for a hotmail addressI have marked the address as "trusted, do not send to spam" each time I retrieve them from the spam folder and it lands in spam anywaysso there's no doubt for me that there's malicious intent somewhere

       @mer @Paul_Taylor it's a trap to be sure, you migrate to centralized services because they handle spam better but then they block a lot of stuff that's not spam and are impossible to contact. but I have given up running my own mail server, never again

       @sun @Paul_Taylor I don't see why the manually trusting an address would be broken for one address specifically (it works fine for forums and stuff after the first email)like this feature shouldnt be broken anyways, it's not supposed to invoke the spam filter rules at alland the fact that it's the only time when it's broken is also suspicious

       @sun @Paul_Taylor I pay migadu to run my mailserver and have only once had an issue with a server bouncing an email as spamAll the spam I receive comes from BPD-ass companies that really really really want me to buy their shit, and most of them send from big tech mailservers

       @scathach @Paul_Taylor @sun migadu is hot garbage man, shit just breaks all the time and they ignore MX records for migadu->migadu traffic, so if you move off of migadu they don't care they'll still send it to the old tenant anyway
