       So let me see if I have this right:  The Strait of Hormuz is open to all shipping. The US unilaterally starts a war against IranIran closes the strait, charging those vessels it permits transit. Negotiations to reopen the Strait fail at the first hurdle (Why would you let Vance negotiate anyway?).The US will blockade the Strait now and intercept and charge vessels that have transited said Strait.No - that can't be right...

       @tompearce49 Iran didn't close the Strait of Hormuz, they allowed ships to pass through provided:1. Those ships weren't aligned with a country (US/Israel) that was at war against them.2. Ships pay a toll in yuan, on a spectrum between the equivalent of $0 upto $2million per ship.The #straitofhormuz is closed now, by America, who will pirate ships who pay the toll.#iranwar #iran
