       I once represented a woman charged with obstruction and resisting because she slapped the hand of the officer groping her genitals. The ASA said she should have complied and sued the officer later. Yes, we won. That's not the fucking point.

       I also had a client who an ASA accused of making a false police report because she was assaulted by a white man, accurately described him, and was told white men don't assault people the way Black men do. No, she wasn't charged with anything. Again, not the fucking point.
