       As a natural blonde, I’ve had people fawn over my hair and tell me how gorgeous it is. And like, my hair is pretty, but there’s also so much cultural indoctrination to think blonde  = pretty and it’s so fetishized.And I am of the opinion that black curly hair is underappreciated and gorgeous.

       Same with brown eyes. When the light hits the brown or hazel eyes of a gal, my gay little heart skips 3 beats and I am unable to make words. You girls got pretty eyes.

       Okay, two genuine benefits to being a natural blonde:1) easy to dye different colors! No need to bleach.2) people laugh and give me more grace when I do silly mistakes and forgetful things - because then I’m just a blonde ditz! Since I dyed my hair red over a year ago, I am not given the same benefit of a doubt as a ginger 😅😅😅

       To be fair, I may be biased as both my wife and my gal pal have gorgeous black hair and beautiful brown eyes. 🤭
