       He is also accused of convincing the company to rent a $5,400/mo office in Santa Cruz, where he used 90% of the space for personal purposes. There was a bedroom, large amounts of alcohol, a filing cabinet containing condoms and hallucinogenic drugs, and his motorcycle. He registered his own personal business to the address and did no company work from there.During the investigation he is accused of consistently lying, as well as tampering with and destroying evidence.
