       I learned about this listing from Grant Fjermedal's 1986 book The Tomorrow Makers.  In the book, he interviews Gerald Sussman, who pulls out an ancient stack of papers from his drawer, and reads from it.  I contacted Sussman, and lo and behold, the listing was still there 40 years later.Guy Fedorkow visited Sussman and photographed all pages.  A group of volunteers typed in all the text, and the resulting code was brought up on a PDP-6 emulator.https://github.com/PDP-6/ITS-138
