       I learned about this listing from Grant Fjermedal's 1986 book The Tomorrow Makers.  In the book, he interviews Gerald Sussman, who pulls out an ancient stack of papers from his drawer, and reads from it.  I contacted Sussman, and lo and behold, the listing was still there 40 years later.Guy Fedorkow visited Sussman and photographed all pages.  A group of volunteers typed in all the text, and the resulting code was brought up on a PDP-6 emulator.https://github.com/PDP-6/ITS-138

       TOPS-10 ARPANET NCP found.Many of the files in https://www.saildart.org/[T10,SYS%5D seem to be TOPS-10 networking code for the ARPANET.

       According to file change logs, it was first written by Bob Sundberg (RLS) at Harvard.  Many others have contributed: Ed Taft (EAT) at Hardvard, and Ric Werme (EW13), Jim McCool, and Don Provan (drp) at CMU.  Last edits seem to be from 1980 at CMU, from which this copy was prepared by "KL17" in 1982 according to DIR.LST.

       I compared the Bygg/Stacken TOPS-10 TCP/IP code with Don Provan's code from LLL-MFE via SAIL.  The files do match.  The code from SAIL is from around 1983, whereas the Stacken version is a few years later and have updates from Bygg.Furthermore, the TCP/IP code seems based on the earlier NCP code.
