       One of the main hangars of the Russian air force base in Staraya Russa, Novgorod region, in Russia was struck by at least 3 projectiles. Impact holes can be seen on the roof of the building. The base is around 640 km (400 miles) from the Ukrainian border.Only recently the Russian Defense Minister, Sergey Shoigu, had to admit that no place in Russia is safe from Ukrainian drones.Source of satellite pic: X / @avivector

       @Tendar is that a HAS or a regular (unarmored) hangar?If that's a HAS and it went through then wow... didn't know they can lob such big warheads so far.

       @Tendar hmm avivector's post says it's a maintenance hangar.Also, the bottom-right hole looks square-ish, kinda what you'd expect from a think sheet of metal suspended on a grid of supporting beams.Something a few small drones could do AFAIU. Not really surprising considering Spiderweb and also the anti-refinery campaign.

       @hindsight nice try, but back from my English classes I vaguely remember "has been" means "was and still is".Also, what do you hang on it?

       @wolf480pl Well yes and no.. It's still standing and the expression would be appropriate..Like a comedian who's well past their laugh by date, but still doing the rounds but to almost empty venues.Oh.. did I do a hungry for the country hungary type of skool boy error<shrug>.
