       These fucking AI customer "service" bots make me want to scream. Just give me a menu with numbers so I can push buttons please. Where is the fucking menu so I can push number buttons. Trying to follow up on damage control from getting scammed the other day and I have zero chill, everything is making me cry.Can we have back menus with numbers and buttons?? No matter how mindlessly friendly this thing tries to sound, it never understands a word I'm saying and it's so emblematic of everything going wrong right now I want to strangle it.
