       @tj 3lbs of wings2 tsp of baking powder (after drying wings with paper towel)1.5 tbs Chef Johns Soul Powder(Use a large plastic bag or drip ez container to evenly coat)Bake at 400 for 35 minutes (for smaller size wings)After cooking, toss in favorite sauce (i like a good barbacoa recently) in a bowl but are good plain.

       @tj for sauce use a bottle of franks hot sauce, simmer on low in the stove and add a tablespoon or two of butter. Let it reduce by 1/3 or so, then toss the wings in the sauce. The simmering and butter help mellow the spice and make it so it doesn’t linger after you swallow.Tossing the wings gas in flour or corn starch for crispness is also a great idea.

       @tj @pesce05 @PNS You just have to pat dry them with paper towels before adding baking powder, then add seasoning. Then cook! I usually let them sit out for about 15 mins before starting this process. Im not an overnight marinade kind of guy.
