       @quad I barely use 20% of this RAM at the worst of times, hence never bothered with swap. I wasn't expecting this particular build would be so "intense".

       @quad @antsu i have 24gb of ram, and 2x of that as zram. Even if i had more ram I'd still use zram because it makes it so you can just not really care about memory usage

       @mischievoustomato @antsu Well that's the point of swap. If you do happen to run out, or nearly run out it's better to get some of it compressed.That said I usually only do half my ram as zram, plus some extra for /tmp
