       Forcing anyone to return to countries which do not adhere to the European Convention on Human Rights should be illegal.We asserted that these rights would be universal, that they should apply to any person under the control of a party to the treaties.How does taking responsibility for an action which puts a person at direct risk of these rights being violated adhere to the principles of the treaties?IT DOES NOT.
