       #Introduction. I'm probably Scotland's most prolific Buddhist author. I founded the world's first online meditation center in 2000 (wildmind.org). Born in Scotland but moved to the US (temporarily 🙄) in 1998. I have 2 kids, adopted from Ethiopia, and 3 dogs adopted from Arkansas & Texas. I have books coming out in Oct 2025 and Feb 2026.
