@fitheach Yes, that's a given. My personal take is that at this point, it would be very costly for me to migrate to be fully disconnected from them all. There are some things that I've been separating over the years, but some things - like email account and maps - I want from Google anyway.If sometime in the future I win a lot of time per week again, I'll likely do a lot of self-hosted again. For now, I'm not 100% happy, but everything works for me and I spend the time won by it with my kids.

@wolf480pl @ihabunek right, most mid/high-end cameras behave quite good these days, and the "night shots" are mostly handled by multiple exposures, software and everything - with that small a sensor, we can't expect more.

@wook @thelinuxEXP I'm happy with my @tuxedocomputers Pulse, it's quite powerful and it doesn't overheat so I don't need water cooling anyway.I can see why they first offered it for their Windows machines though :P

What's a good way to find out if my GPU, CPU, MoBo or RAM is b0rked?The PC kinda works, and if I don't boot a desktop env, it works even overnight. But with KDE, it freezes practically after login - and the entire PC just freezes, and with Gnome it works, but freezes after maybe 10 minutes of work - I'm guessing something warmed up enough.#hardware #moa

@fitheach in Croatian, you'll hear people use "sranje" ("crap") but not really as a swear word, just like "crap". It's still considered rude and wouldn't be said in most situations. Also, "jedi govna" is almost an archaic use with the meaning of, literally, "eat shit". We do have an interesting synonym for "asshole": "seronja", frequently used, which means something like "shitter" (the person shitting, not the place to shit at).Also when people are upset, they go really creative with it all.
