@cichy1173 Nope, this integration is still pretty new, you have to click the "Push DNS config" green button yourself ... but the plan in the mid/long-term is to have an option to automatize it I guess (this is not super hard to do, the plan was to see how stable this is and to think more about edge cases first)The whole UI for domain management is reworked in 11.1 though, because the current views are kind of a mess

@ilja @LasseGismo @Utzer It's an option but the issue is more like : you don't want to have to tell people to do X to be able to access your website ... I mean, we are horrified when people blindly bypass certification warning because this could correspond to MITM attacks, so it's not a good thing to teach people how to bypass what should be legit warnings ...

@tierce @bortzmeyer @pb @ffdn (En gros on a un maxi fichier de conf named.conf qui configure les credentials : https://github.com/YunoHost/dynette/blob/master/templates/named.conf.j2et chaque instance push ses enregistrements (ou sa zone ? Je connais pas assez le jargon) à coup de nsupdate, le tout étant stocké dans un seul méga fichier genre nohost.me.db dans bind.Jamais compris si on peut split, tout ça a été designé y'a 10 ans et on a pas d'expertise bind/DNS 😬

@artlog @bortzmeyer Pour info, vouloir faire tourner YunoHost dans un Docker ça autant de sens que de vouloir mettre tous les meubles de ta chambre, ton salon et ta cuisine dans ta salle de bain. Ça peut marcher, mais tu vas finir par avoir des problèmes. Docker n'est pas conçu pour faire tourner toute une flopée de processus. YunoHost n'est pas "une app".

@moanos @tilvids You said it yourself, it "certainly does not fit all", but honestly nerds/geeks should stop advertising Docker or Ansible as "simple" and think twice about what the word "simple" really means. Sure, Docker is simple if you have a PhD in CSWhen people complain about the lack of simple ways to setup and maintain instances on the long term, and how it impacts the development of the fediverse, hearing "Just learn Docker / Ansible / whatever" is not an acceptable answer...

@moanos @tilvids Imagine a world where Linux would have no friendly distro with GUI. People would rant about how they'd love to leave Windows yet how painful it it is to configure 100s of files to have a usable setup. Nerds would proudly encourage people to "just learn apt"Fortunately we live in a world where Ubuntu/Mint exists and a random tinkerer can spin it up in a couple hours and your grandparents can use and keep up to date and never touch the CLI.We need this, but for servers.
